Refunds

5. Acceptable Use Policy

NSFW Content Prohibition

Generating Not Safe For Work (NSFW) content is strictly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Explicit sexual content or pornography
  • Nudity or partial nudity of any kind
  • Sexually suggestive poses, gestures, or movements (such as twerking, stripping, or provocative dancing)
  • Romantic or sexual scenarios involving characters
  • Content depicting adult relationships or intimacy
  • Any content that would be inappropriate for workplace viewing

Our platform employs automated content moderation systems to detect and prevent NSFW content generation. Users who attempt to bypass these filters may have their accounts suspended or terminated.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Our Rights

The Service, including all content, software, and AI models, are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without prior written consent.

Your Generated Content

  • You retain ownership of videos you generate using our Service
  • You may use generated content for personal and commercial purposes

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Given the nature of AI-generated content:

  • Generated content may not always be accurate or suitable for all purposes
  • You acknowledge AI-generated content may contain artifacts or imperfections
  • You are responsible for reviewing and validating generated content before use
  • We do not guarantee that generated content will meet specific requirements
  • AI model availability may vary without notice

19. Prohibited Content

You may NOT use VMap to generate the following types of content:

  • Adult Content: Any pornographic, sexually explicit, or nude content
  • Violence and Gore: Content depicting murder, harm, abuse, or graphic violence
  • Hate and Discrimination: Content promoting hatred, discrimination, or harassment based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, or sexual orientation
  • Misinformation: False information intended to deceive or mislead others
  • Infringing Content: Content that violates third-party intellectual property rights
  • Workplace Inappropriate Content: Sexually suggestive content, workplace harassment, or content with offensive language that would be inappropriate in professional settings

Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of your account, deletion of generated content, and reporting to relevant authorities when required.
